Prestige Hotel Suites - Kampala

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kampala that ticked all the boxes. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including efficient air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. The hotel's central location meant that I was within walking distance of top-class restaurants, offering a variety of lunch and dinner options. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, ensuring that both check-in and check-out were fast and smooth. The breakfast provided was fresh and delicious, with a wide selection of continental options. I was impressed with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

Absolutely great location, very helpful people in the hotel. Variety of restaurants to eat close by, like Casablanca that was only 15 minutes' walk away. City center view was worthy...

Convenient and spacious. The location of the hotel was very convenient for us. It was close to most downtown destinations and we were even able to walk to some of them. The room was spacious and had plenty of room for all of our belongings. There were two toilets in the single room and the bed was comfortable. The hotel also had a well-equipped kitchen which was a plus for us as we were able to cook our own meals. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the amazing views from the higher floors.

Weak Wi-Fi and worn-out rooms. The Wi-Fi was weak and unreliable, which was a disappointment especially as it was included in the room rate.

The staff at the front-desk, especially Dennis, were friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome. Ruchi, who assisted me online, was understanding and helpful, especially when my arrival was delayed. The hotel's location in the heart of the city was perfect, with plenty of nearby amenities and attractions. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was quiet and safe. The fully equipped gym was a great bonus, although I didn't get a chance to try the pool. I highly recommend Prestige Hotel Suites for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
